For timbers to be fed into an edger, laser scanner judges the profile when they pass through the lower part of the Optimizer. Then the system instantaneously determines the conversion pattern of timber to attain the highest yield out of the products previously registered for specified production.
Thereby edger operation is carried out being attended by no people.
The edger processees, for instance, 20 pieces in a minute.
It can cut 2m,3m,4m(5m option) timber.
